ProVest promoted Caryn Bosworth to the position of chief financial officer. Previously, Bosworth served as vice president of finance and accounting and has been with the company for more than three years. 

In her new role, Bosworth will be responsible for managing the company’s financial divisions, while overseeing the preparation and completion of consolidated financial statements, bank reporting and corporate governance and internal financial controls. 

“Caryn understands not only the industry, but also the need to maintain a stable and secure financial environment for our customers,” said Jim Ward, president of ProVest.

He added, “She has demonstrated a high level of excellence overseeing our accounting and finance division, and her leadership has been a key component to our recent growth. She will undoubtedly continue to be an integral part of our future success.”

Before joining ProVest, Bosworth served as vice president and controller for Catalina Marketing Corp. and director of global financial reporting for Tropicana Products, Inc.
