Paramount Residential Mortgage Group announced its expansion into Colorado as part of the company’s ongoing strategy to grow its wholesale lending operations.
Cindy Broaddus, who was recently promoted to PRMG’s regional manager, will oversee the new Colorado territory.
Prior to receiving her new position, Broaddus served PRMG as a branch manager in Las Vegas.
A full-service fulfillment center is already open inside the Denver Tech Center, PRMG said in a statement.
“We are very confident in Cindy Broaddus heading up operations in Colorado,” said Paul Rozo, PRMG CEO. “Again, as part of our global vision and strategic growth plan, the recent addition of the Colorado territory complimented by the previous acquisition of the Northeast and Southeast regions will allow us to remain on course toward expanding our overall footprint across the country and ultimately position PRMG as a national player.”
