Appraisal firm Value Services changed its name to reflect the mortgage industry’s growing demand for service and value in the appraisal market, the company said.

Value Services is a full-service and residential valuation company serving lenders and consumers. Previously, the company was founded as Reese Appraisals and later became affiliated with IRR-Residential.

Additionally, the company launched a new website and plans to soon release a new appraisal solution geared toward addressing the mortgage industry’s most pressing valuation needs. 

“Our new name and website now reflect the promise we made twenty years ago and have kept ever since – to provide dependable valuations and excellent service, no matter what,”  said Jennifer Reese, Value Services president.
