Treasuries rise from yearly lows

Treasury 10-year yields rose from their lowest level this year before the federal government is scheduled to sell $35 billion of two-year debt, during the first of three not auctions this week. 

Benchmark 10-year yields were little changed at 1.7% after reaching 1.64%, the lowest level since Dec. 12.

The price of the 2% note due February 2023 was 102 23/32.
