Luxury builder Toll Brothers (TOL) is partnering with Shea Baker Ranch LLC to develop 2,000 luxury home sites in Lake Forest, Calif.
The master-planned community, which is titled Baker Ranch, is expected to feature 1,780 single-family residences and 414 apartments. Shea Baker Ranch is part of the Shea family of companies.
Horsham, Pa-based Toll Brothers said the community will feature homes at various price points in one of Orange County’s key markets.
The neighborhood will feature 40 acres of open spaces, recreation areas, a central park, seven neighborhood parks and three private recreation clubs.
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of walkways and bike paths linking the major facilities and neighborhoods together.
