Suit attacks Hawaii judges over handling of foreclosures

Courthouse News Service uncovered a unique foreclosure lawsuit in the state of Hawaii.

Apparently, a Hawaii-based family and developer filed a federal class-action lawsuit against every Circuit Court judge in the tropical state, accusing them of using old, judge-made procedures to enforce foreclosure judgments.

One of the plaintiffs is the founder of Home Box Office, Michael J. Fuchs.
