Some homeless Americans find refuge in foreclosed properties

Reports show there are now five foreclosed properties for every one homeless person living in America.

But the process of turning distressed property into homes for the homeless is a complicated one, involving federal laws and banks that are wary of managing too many properties and liabilities associated with homeless occupants.
