Safeguard Properties named Sandy Opacich vice president of human capital this week.
Opacich is stepping into a newly created executive position, where she will handle talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, benefits and general human resources.
Opacich previously served Medical Mutual in Cleveland as director of human resources services and brings extensive experience from her time at LakeWest Group, where she served as executive vice president of human resources.
She currently holds a bachelor’s of arts in business administration from John Carroll University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
