Rep. Spencer Bachus faces insider-trading investigation

Rep. Spencer Bachus, R-Ala., is under investigation by the Office of Congressional Ethics for his trades while also serving as chair of the House Financial Services Committee.

Reports of the investigation come as Congress mulls an insider-trading bill, dubbed the STOCK Act. The House and Senate will next try to reconcile differences in separate versions of the bill.
