Rentsys Recovery Services premiered its new Customer On-Boarding Process this week.
The College Station, Texas-based company specializes in providing comprehensive disaster recovery solutions for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and other organizations.
The new process is designed to prepare financial institutions for recovery after a disaster and to assist with audits, training, surveying and tesing among other endeavors, RRS explained.
“The enhanced levels of coordination, which are the primary focus of the process, enable customers to successfully complete audits and recover faster in the event of a disaster,” said Walt Thomasson, managing director of Rentsys Recovery Services.
