Homeowners are seeing more fraudulent behavior targeting the baby-boomer crowd, according to the Federal Trade Commission.

Real estate and mortgage issues ranked among the top 25 complaint categories for 2011 and 2012. People in their 50’s accounted for 23% of all fraud complaints, MarketWatch reported.
