Susan Rusek (pictured) and Kathalin Carvalho joined ProVest, a national platform and service provider for legal firms.

Rusek will serve as vice president of internal audit where she will be responsible for overseeing any auditing activity within the company, as well as any operational and financial reviews.

She brings her experience in the banking industry, which includes eight years working with Bank of America (BAC), to the platform provider.

Carvalho joins the company as its vice president of compliance — a position in which she will work in conjunction with ProVest’s general counsel and management department.

With over a decade in banking regulatory compliance and criminal investigations of finance on a governmental, nongovernment, domestic and international levels, Carvalho will bolster the company’s compliance and ethics program.
