ProVest, a national process server management company, is expanding its Midwest region to include Missouri and Minnesota, the legal services firm announced Thursday.

Vice President of Midwest Operations Fred Zakula now oversees these states in addition to Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.

“Having Fred located in Chicago, enables him to see firsthand the needs of this region and ensure our services are being delivered in a timely manner,” said Vic Draper, executive vice president at ProVest. “ProVest remains the trusted partner for law firms and servicers nationwide as this kind of growth shows our deep commitment to the industry.”

Zakula is a licensed private detective in Illinois and works with the servicing committee of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. Currently, Zakula manages 82 line staff in five offices and plans to extend that by 20% in the next four to six months.
