Ply Gem Holdings plans to raise $300 million this week by offering 15.8 million shares at a price somewhere between $18 and $20 during its initial public offering.
Ply Gem is a manufacturer of exterior building products in the U.S. and Canada.
The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ‘PGEM.’
