Pierce and Associates opened a satellite office in Irving, Texas.

The first Pierce and Associates office opened in April 1, 1975. The company now has more than 600 employees spread across three offices. 

“The mortgage Banking Default Servicing industry continues to change at a rapid pace,” said Denis Pierce, founder and senior managing attorney at Pierce and Associates. “Responding to the new regulatory environment and the general need for enhanced scrutiny over the default process has been a top priority for our Firm.” 

Over the past year, Pierce and Associates has added industry expertise to its senior management team with the addition of a chief executive officer, a chief technology officer, a chief financial officer, a new foreclosure managing attorney, and a director of client compliance and vendor management. 

“Pierce and Associates is now completing another major milestone on our strategic roadmap with the opening of our Portfolio Management operation based in Dallas, Texas,” said CEO Scott Brinkley, who added that the new team will be comprised of experienced foreclosure technicians and will provide a single point of contact for clients as they interact with the law firm. 

He added. “They will also be responsible for providing granular oversight and management of our client’s default portfolios to ensure compliance with servicer, investor and regulatory requirements. Pierce and Associates looks at this initiative as important in continuing to meet the changes of our industry and to help improve the overall service we provide to our client base.”
