PenFed Realty, a subsidiary of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, acquired real estate brokerage Prudential Carruthers Realtors, creating an expanded shop with more than 1,000 real estate professionals serving the Baltimore-Washington area. The merged brokerage will operate as Prudential PenFed Realty. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
