Bank of North Dakota is heading up a new project to combine the resources of community banks to finance projects that none of the banks could do alone, an article in the Prairie Business reports.

The banks are working together to help solve North Dakota’s housing shortage by financing multifamily properties, the article explains. 

“We’re hoping that is one solution for opening up more commercial lending in western North Dakota,” said Zarling, president of DAWA Solutions Group, a business development firm based in Williston.
