Like many landlords, Copperwood Real Estate used to struggle to efficiently manage and distribute its listings, writes Inman. But a new service that the company adopted about six months ago has changed all of that, he said.

Nestio Listings, which Nestio unveiled to the public today, equipped Copperwood with an internal listing management system that has enabled it to seamlessly update its listings, display those listings on a public-facing website and disseminate them to the company’s roster of preferred brokers, said Kevin Murphy, Copperwood’s director of asset management.
