Nasdaq is cracking down and warned Connecticut bank Naugatuck Valley Financial (NVSL) that it is in violation of the exchange’s rules because of a delay in filing its latest quarterly report, and article in the American Banker explained. 

Due to the companies recent hire of a new chief financial officer, the filings were delayed, but it plans to file its quarterly report on May 31, the company said.
