The unknown seller even secured Mission Capital Advisors LLC to serve as advisor to the transaction.

The commercial loans backing the portfolio are classified as performing, sub-performing and non-performing, according to a memo detailing the transaction.

The offering lists six loans secured by properties in California and Las Vegas.  Three of the deals are backed by industrial properties, two are collateralized by retail and one loan is linked to office property in Los Angeles.

Bidders can submit offers for individual loans, a combination of loans or the entire portfolio.  Indicative bids are due on Feb. 21, with the final bid deadline slated for March 12.
