Mortgage Contracting Services promotes two, hires one

Mortgage Contracting Services promoted two employees and hired a third, the firm said Tuesday. MCS promoted Todd Luckey to vice president of REO operations and Megan Stinnett to vice president of inspection operations. Chad Mosley was hired as vice president of business development. Luckey, who has been with MCS since 2009, was promoted from his position as assistant VP of operations. In his new role, Luckey will be involved with both business development and operational activities, while also providing day-to-day leadership for multiple REO account teams. Before joining MCS, Luckey spent a decade at GMAC Mortgage as director of REO primary servicing. Stinnett has been with MCS for four years, previously as assistant vice president. In her new position, she will manage MCS’ inspection portfolio for all clients as well as a portion of the REO operations. Mosley, who was recently hired as vice president of Business Development, is rejoining the MCS team from brief hiatus. In his new position, Mosely is responsible for the company’s sales efforts, as well as customer relationship maintenance and retention. He originally joined the firm in 2008, but a company representative was not immediately available to discuss his most recent work endeavor. MCS CEO Caroline Reaves spoke with enthusiasm about all parties and their new positions. “Todd and Megan have been instrumental to our company’s growth in recent years,” said Reaves. “Working in nearly every facet of the mortgage industry, (Mosely’s) knowledge and expertise brings a vital element back to our company.” Mortgage Contracting Services is a property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance firm.
