Mortgage finance consulting firm zIngenuity hired Scott Friedberg as its vice president of operations and contract underwriting.

The Dallas-based company said in a news release Scott Friedberg will oversee development of its underwriting as well as dispute and resolution services.

“Scott is an outstanding addition to our management team and complements the expansion of our contract underwriting footprint in the mortgage industry,” Steve Mageras, senior vice president at zIngenuity, said in the release.

Founded in 2005, zIngenuity provides services to mortgage lenders and servicers.
