The big topic in the industry is compliance, and companies are revamping their technology designs to make sure they meet all of the new standards.

In order to help loan officers stay compliant, Kroll Factual Data Inc., a provider of risk mitigation and independent verification services, and Mortgage Builder Software Inc., a provider of loan origination and loan servicing software systems, have entered into a technology partnership, an article in MortgageOrb said. 

This is just one of many companies working to integrate compliance technologies.
