Mortgage Contracting Services, a property preservation and REO property maintenance firm, is now up to 50 employees at its 10,300-square-foot facility in Ruston, La.

The operations center opened in August and is the company’s third site alongside locations in Plano, Texas and Tampa.  

The center is expected to eventually create 90 jobs, with the building maintaining the capacity to host up to 180 positions.

Ken Scheller oversees the Ruston center and was recently named vice president of operations for MCS.
