REO maintenance and property preservation firm Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) is expanding its office in Plano, Texas, from 30,000-square feet to 45,000-square feet in anticipation of new business growth.
The additional space is located in the firm’s Plano office and is part of a 2012 expansion plan that includes the opening of a new MCS site in Ruston, La.
The expansion also is tied to the filling of new positions, requiring the firm to grow its footprint.
“We feel strongly that we should continue to prepare for future growth by ensuring that we have capacity for what lies ahead,” said Caroline Reaves, CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services. “This is more than just creating space. Each phase of our growth is done to better serve our customers and the communities and neighborhoods across our country in which we help preserve and protect.”
