Lender Processing Services (LPS) said it has launched new REO technology designed to support servicers in the management and disposition of bank-owned real estate.
The web-enabled REO Workspace application is the first of several LPS technology applications being deployed for the mortgage servicing industry that combines the company’s well-known MSP loan servicing platform and LPS Desktop system with user, data and workflow-centric applications, the company said in a statement.
