Mortgage lenders and Realtors work towards the same goal — finding people a home. However, their relationship dives further than just having the same mission. 

It is becoming more common for both firms to work in conjunction with each other to form a strategic relationship to bring each other business. 

Most recently, GMH Mortgage Services announced a marketing alliance with Realty Executives Boston West.
