ISGN Corp., a mortgage technology and services provider, hired a new chief financial officer and made other key changes to its management team, the company said Monday. Bensalem, Pa.-based ISGN named Shailendra Gupta, who most recently served as chief financial officer of India at Ocwen Financial Corp. (OCN), its new CFO. Gupta spent 17 years in the finance industry including more than 10 years in treasury, investment banking and asset management, ISGN said. The company named John Fults head of the mortgage processing group and John Axt senior vice president of title operations and delivery. Fults had been with Bank of America (BAC)‘s mortgage operations. Axt is a former district manager with Stewart Title Co. and has 21 years experience in the industry. ISGN named Scott Slifer president of sales and marketing. Slifer has held senior executive positions with several firms, including Altisource, Citigroup (C), and Freddie Mac. The new hires follow an August announcement that the company received $30 million in funding from investors. The new funds will be used in part to launch Catapult, the company’s new browser-based loan origination system.
