Investors plan to restart a development project in downtown Dallas that lay dormant for more than five years, according to our neighbors at The Dallas Morning News.
(Neighbors as in 20 miles down the road, of course.)
The German investors who own much of the project and developers have proposed a 23-story office building and a 378-unit apartment complex in Dallas’ Victory Park. The downtown project of high rises and specialty shops started in the late 1990s, but troubles mounted during the recession.
