Process outsourcing firm Indecomm Global Services launched a new Foreclosure Assignment Services Solution to help financial firms meet servicing timelines created by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The company based in St. Paul, Minn., claims the tool creates foreclosure assignments, executes them and even tracks and records the assignment, while verifying title.
“Our new Foreclosure Assignment Services Solution provides lenders and servicers with a way to manage an increasingly critical process. It allows them to follow required foreclosure timelines while adjusting to a fluctuating volume,” said Latha Parameswaran, vice president of operations, document management group at Indecomm Global Services.
