HomeJab.com launched upon growing video demand

Video is primed to increase from 30% of Internet traffic currently to 90% in 2014, according to CISCO. In response to this growing demand, Philadelphia real estate developer and lender Joe Jesuele launched HomeJab.com, a new online service that helps real estate professionals deliver quality property video tours to potential buyers.

“We believe that videos will soon become the standard way to buy and sell real estate,” said Jesuele.

He added, “Our videos give potential buyers the feeling that they are actually walking through the house. This not only saves buyers time, but provides them the convenience of shopping for a new home from the comfort of their current one.”

To respond to the growing demand for video creation, HomeJab.com created a two-fold approach, developing ideal conditions for both real estate professionals and homebuyers.

For real estate professionals, the new company produces a high-definition video tour at a set, affordable price. Aside from posting the video on HomeJab.com, the company will also help clients promote the video virally via social media channels, other video sites and custom email campaigns.

Buyers who use HomeJab.com will gain access to a growing database of properties available in the Philadelphia region.

“Videos can help sell properties more effectively compared to pictures,” says real estate agent Skye Michaels from Coldwell Banker. “You are much more likely to have people look at the video, not just for two to three seconds, but look at it for two to three minutes.”
