Gold fell for the third time in four days as signs of a rebounding economy revived fears that the Federal Reserve will scale back monetary stimulus.
Gold futures for June delivery fell 0.4% to $1,386.60 an ounce. Prices are down 5.8% in May, heading for a second straight monthly decline.
