Private mortgage originator Gateway Mortgage Group opened another retail location in Kansas.
Gateway also provides servicing and correspondent lending.
Long-time mortgage loan officer Don Pennington will head the new retail branch.
The branch will serve all counties across Kansas.
“As a member of the Gateway team, Don has helped lead and expand our footprint into new and existing markets, growing our presence in borrower communities,” said Kevin Stitt, president of Gateway Mortgage Group, in a statement. “Our expansion in Kansas gives us the opportunity to continue providing high levels of service to home buyers and support for branch managers like Don, who serve an increasing number of customers.”
The company services more than $1.8 billion in residential mortgages through its in-house servicing, subservicing and default servicing channels.
