FTN Financial, a division of First Tennessee Bank NA, brought on two seasoned mortgage-bond traders for its sales team.

Sylvia Holt Williams will work out of FTN Financial’s Kansas City office. As the former managing director of mortgage-backed securities trading at Stifel Nicolaus, Williams has been at the securities firm and a predecessor since 2001.

Grady Mosay will be located in the Philadelphia office. Mosay was formerly a vice president and institutional collateralized mortgage obligation trader at Stifel Nicolaus.

Both employees will assume the title of SVP, Sales at FTN Financial.
