It’s a curious time for Ethan Hawke to be putting his New York City townhouse up for sale.
His Off-Broadway show “Clive,” which he directs and stars in, has just gotten off the ground, beginning performances only last week. “Clive” is scheduled to officially open Feb. 7, yet Hawke is looking for a buyer to pay a whopping $6.25 million for his home.
