Ellie Mae named Vivian Wong senior vice president of software development, bringing over 20 years of experience to the role.

In her new position, Wong will manage multi-location, product development teams and mobile applications.

Previously, she was vice president of engineering as Oracle Tale.

Jonathan Corr, president and chief operating officer of Ellie Mae, said, “The rapid adoption of SaaS as the new technology model for the mortgage industry is significantly raising the bar for loan origination system providers.”

He continued, “To stay ahead of this curve, Ellie Mae continues to invest in bringing on veteran software experts, like Vivian, who bring with them decades of large-scale, enterprise-software experience.”
