eBrokerHouse partners with Miami Association of Realtors

eBrokerHouse, a provider of technology that allows parties to submit real estate offers online, has partnered with the Miami Association of Realtors to bring its software services to 26,000 real estate agents.

eBrokerHouse’s platform will be integrated into the Miami Association of Realtors’ MLS system, allowing realtors to better manage their clients.

The partnership will allow Miami realtors to automatically populate their eBrokerHouse accounts with listing data without having to re-enter the same information after its uploaded into MLS.

eBrokerHouse will embed a SmartLink into the MLS system, enabling buyer agents to submit offers to listing agents from inside MLS.

“There is currently no standard or uniform offer submission process in the industry and we are hoping to change that. Fax and e-mail offers have shortcomings that our platform addresses,” said eBrokerHouse CEO Alan Feen.

“Whether agents have one listing or 100 listings, our offer submission platform helps them stay organized and adds a great deal of transparency to the offer process for all parties involved. We are ecstatic to be the company that’s bringing this technology to the forefront of the real estate industry.”
