Down Payment Resource named new members to its leadership team to assist with the firm’s ongoing expansion.

The web-based software company developed a tool to connect eligible homebuyers and for-sale properties with down payment assistance.

The tool provides information about downpayment assistance, affordable mortgages, and rehab loans during the home search process.

The company announced Beverly Faull as vice president, director of business development for down payment resource. She will be responsible for leading business outreach and managing customer relationships.

Additionally, Sean Moss was name vice president, director of operations and customer support, and Tracey Shell was appointed vice president, director of marketing communications.
