DocuSign buys Cartavi

eSignature provider DocuSign acquired real estate technology firm Cartavi in a move designed to push the companies’ real estate transaction technologies into the future.

Cartavi is a web-based software, which allows users to securely share documents with every party involved in a real estate transaction.

DocuSign is known as the exclusive eSignature provider for the National Association of Realtors’ one million members.

DocuSign announced the deal on its website, saying, “The combination of Cartavi and DocuSign provides real estate professionals a single solution to collaborate on transactions, from initial listing to close.”

DocuSign is already integrated into Cartavi’s web-based real estate management software.
