Real estate analytics and data firm DataQuick finalized its acquisition of ATI Title Companies, which trades under the name Rels Title, this week.
The sale was first announced on Sept. 6.
Leslie Foster, president of Rels Title, is expected to join DataQuick and continue leading all title operations while remaining in Minnetonka, Minn.
With the merger of the companies, DataQuick is now able to offer nationwide escrow, title examinations and closing services as well as document preparation and recording services.
“The addition of Rels Title significantly expands our ability to deliver high quality title solutions to the lending community,” said John Walsh, president of DataQuick. “We also expect to be able to deliver a greater array of related solutions to existing Rels Title customers.”
DataQuick’s Title offerings now include nationwide escrow, title examinations, commitment and closing services.
