CRMLS expands arrangement with CoreLogic

CoreLogic expanded its agreement with California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. to provide CRMLS members with a document management and storage solution for its 70,000 real estate agent and broker subscribers.

Subscribers will have access to MLS Data Co-op and Document Manager provided by the CoreLogic Matrix MLS system.

The secure system allows subscribers to organize their real estate listings without leaving the MLS system.

CEO Art Carter of CRMLS said in a statement that CoreLogic offers a wide variety of options for subscribers who use their MLS systems.

“Just as importantly, they have the people, resources and flexibility to execute our choices and ensure that our members can take full advantage of the products and services available,” he said.

Besides housing listings, the system will provide subscribers access to reports, and analytical tools that will help in their search for listings.

Senior vice president Ben Graboske of Real Estate and Financial Services said the renewal and expansion of the companies is a testament to the business.

“It reflects well on both the quality of our systems and the depth of our customer service,” he said. “We are very pleased to strengthen our alliance with the largest MLS in the country.”

CRMLS brokers also have the option to upgrade to Transaction Manager for additional services such as vendor management, task scheduling and service ordering.
