Real estate analytics company Clear Capital said Monday it will add three new employees to the business.
Jim Smith, senior vice president of national sales; April Moore, director of marketing; and Peter Pensotti, director of appraisal product management will join the California-based firm.
“Since our inception in 2001, Clear Capital has grown rapidly in a highly dynamic real estate and lending market. As we continue to grow as trusted partners, our clients will benefit from the vision and innovation provided by Jim, April and Peter in their respective roles,” said Kevin Marshall, president of Clear Capital.
Smith, the newest senior vice president of national sales, was the former president of Urban Lending Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience, Smith previously held a number of executive roles in mortgage finance. Smith will play a significant role in the company’s growth.

Moore, who will be joining the team as director of marketing, brings more than 20 years of experience working with B2C AND B2B brands. “Clear Capital is a smart, authentic brand with a truly unique DNA. We want to show our customers where their solutions live through inspiring, informative communication,” said Moore. At Clear Capital, Moore will drive brand marketing, PR and new product launches for the company.
As the new director of appraisal product management, Pensotti will work directly with Clear Capital’s appraisal product suite, developing it to support the sustainable demands of independent appraisal management. Pensotti holds more than 20 years experience in both residential and commercial appraisals and was most recently the director of product management at Woodfin.
