Clayton Holdings hires new counsel

Robert Harris joined as general counsel to Clayton Holdings, an underwriting, surveillance and due diligence provider.

Harris brings 25 years of legal experience to the table, which includes his role as chief legal officer of OpHedge Investment Services in addition to other positions served at the firms of Zeldes, Needle & Cooper and Levett Rockwood.

He is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars, as well as Connecticut and American Bar Foundation fellow.

Reporting to Paul Bossidy, CEO at Clayton, Harris will oversee the legal and regulatory side of Clayton’s businesses.

“Rob’s legal background combined with his hands-on business experience will help Clayton stay ahead of the new rules that are transforming our industry,” Bossidy said.
