Cityside Management Corp., a Manchester, N.H.-based real estate management firm that oversees more than 12,000 properties nationwide, hired Clinton Alcorn as its chief business development officer.

Alcorn will focus on expanding into new markets and deepening the company’s involvement in REO properties.

Alcorn previously was a vice president for Bank of America (BAC), where he managed the bank’s field services operation and oversaw the REO sales and marketing group, where he was responsible for the management and disposition BofA’s REO portfolio.
