Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley subpoenaed Citigroup Inc. (C), asking for documents relating to the MAT Finance Fund LLC, ASTA Finance Fund LLC and Falcon Strategies LLC, Boston.com reported.
The information was disclosed in a Citigroup securities filing. Coakley’s office also is looking for documents on funds that were sold to wealthy customers as fixed-income investments.
Citi also disclosed that AGs in New York and Connecticut want documents related to the Libor interest-rate scandal.
