Real estate investment firm C-III Capital Partners finalized its acquisition of commercial real estate company NAI Global Wednesday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NAI Global, a large network of independent commercial real estate firms, will continue to operate as a separate company. The firm brings 5,000 real estate professionals and 350 officers under C-III Capital’s roof.
The deal was first announced in November and cited as a way for C-III to diversify its services in the real estate segment.
Two months ago, C-III acquired two affiliated multifamily property management companies: Carrollton, Texas-based U.S. Residential Group and Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific West Management.
C-III’s expansion grew aggressively last year with the firm also acquiring JER Partners special servicing and CDO management businesses.
