Bank of the Ozarks is breaking new ground and opening a new loan production office in New York City, the bank announced.
The new location with be an extension of Bank of the Ozark’s (OZRK) Dallas-based Real Estate Specialties Group.
In addition, Richard Smith joins the bank to lead the new loan office, bringing over 25 years of experience in the New York area.
This expansion marks the third satellite office for the Real Estate Specialities Group, which focuses on originations and servicing ()
