Effective Dec. 1, Michelle Lind will become the new chief executive officer for the Arizona Association of Realtors. Currently, Michelle is the assistant CEO and serves as legal counsel for the association.
Lind will succeed Tom Farley, who will step down after 15 years at the Realtors association, the final four as CEO. Since December 1999, Lind served as the primary legal advisor to the AAR.
Once the transition takes place, Lind will focus on the needs of the AAR members in the New Year. Lind’s strong knowledge of the association and leadership skills were key factors in her consideration for the new role.
After his transition of out the CEO role, the AAR plans to continue its relationship with Tom Farley in both political endeavors and advocacy.
