AmeriBid will auction 13 commercial and residential properties in Dayton, Beavercreek and Kettering, Ohio.
The auction is set for noon on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at the Wyhdham Garden Dayton South located in Miamisburg, Ohio.
“This unique event involves several highly motivated sellers that have opted to sell a variety of real estate assets at auction,” said regional vice president and auctioneer Tim Lile of AmeriBid. “We will conduct similar multi-property events on a quarterly basis in 2013 and intend to extend the program to other markets throughout Ohio and the Midwest.”
Five properties are available in Dayton, two buildings on three lots are available in Beavercreek, and a two-story office building and four office condo units are available in Kettering.
AmeriBid specializes in various industries, including sale of commercial and residential real estate, investment companies, and local state and federal government agencies.
