AmeriBid and National Commercial Auctioneers will auction several properties throughout the Northeast including North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington, DC and Maryland.

The first set of auctions will take place on Thursday, Dec. 6. in the Carolinas.

The first property is at 10 a.m. located on-site in Rock Hill, S.C. The second property will be an absolute auction at noon. The last property is at 4 p.m. located on-site in Lake Wylie S.C.

“This is an excellent opportunity to purchase property in the growing Charlotte market,” said regional director Randy Ligon of AmeriBid.

The second set of auctions will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The auction will include two residential and commercial development sites located in Washington D.C. and Capitol Hill, Md.

There are four lots available, which could be used for potential retail or multifamily development. Both properties will be auctioned at 11 a.m. located at the first property in Washington D.C.

“This is an excellent opportunity for investors and developers to purchase lots in a market with a limited supply of residential land,” said regional director Fernando Palacios of AmeriBid.

AmeriBid specializes in various industries, including sale of commercial and residential real estate, investment companies, and local state and federal government agencies.
